How does the firmness customization work and why is it important?
The mattress offers firmness options—Soft, Medium, Firm, or Extra-Firm—with king sizes available in split firmness, allowing different sides to match each sleeper’s preference for support and comfort.
A generous amount of British fleece wool provides a very comfortable sleep surface.
